Cancel up to 48 hours before your charter for a full refund. Changes can be made up to 24 hours in advance.
Rain Policy:
If the iPhone Weather app shows a 40%+ chance of rain at 9am on the day of your cruise, you’ll get a reschedule or a 100% refund.
Parking: Street parking on Harbour Post Dr, or paid parking at 404 Harbour Pl Dr Garage. Pickup: Harbour Island public dock, at the end of Harbour Post Dr, right in front of the roundabout. You’ll get the exact spot in your confirmation email.
Gratuity is not included, but our captains go above and beyond to keep the party safe and fun. A 15–20% tip is standard and can be given in cash or apps like Venmo or Cash App.
The boat holds a maximum of 6 passengers total (this includes children and infants). Adding extra guests is not possible.
