Wristbands will be issued at check-in for property use. Wristbands must be worn on property at all times. The number of wristbands will be provided to the number of guests on the reservation. Guests that are not added to the original reservation can be added at check-in. All rooms are allocated two persons, with the exception of our
Double Queen Room which allows for four. If guests are added onto the reservation after booking and the allocated guest count is exceeded, there is a $15/day charge per additional guest. If you need to update your guest count prior to check-in, please give us a call!
Each room will be allocated one parking spot. If you would like to purchase a second or third parking spot, there will be a one-time $25 fee for each parking permit.
Deposit Policy: 50% of total amount due at time of reservation. (Please disregard if booking is through 3rd party. You will follow that booking site for instructions on payment.)
Resort Fee: A daily $34.99 Resort Fee will be added to each reservation.

Must be 21 years of age to register and check-in for the room.

Please note that if you book with a third party site, we may charge your card in the amount of $1 to verify the card put on file is valid in an effort to combat fraudulent bookings. This payment will go towards the booking.
A $250 deposit will be authorized on your card at check in, to cover any damage or incidentals in connection with the room. Please leave robes in room after checking out.
The entire property is a non-smoking property, we do not allow any smoking on-site at all. If seen smoking on property, you will kindly be asked to smoke off site so other guests are not impacted. All rooms are non-smoking. A $250 smoking fee will be charged if you smoke inside a room.
We are currently not offering daily housekeeping services. Please contact the front desk if you would like to request housekeeping service or any additional linens.
The pool is closed from 9:45PM-8AM and will be locked.
Quiet Hours are from 10PM EST - 7AM EST
You, and anyone attached to your booking, assume 100% liability for your stay and anything that may happen during your stay.
The Saint Hotel does have bikes for guests to use. If borrowing a bike from the hotel, you assume all risks associated with borrowing or riding a bike from The Saint Hotel, and the hotel will not be held liable for any events that may happen during use of the bikes. Helmets available upon request.
