In accordance with U.S. Coast Guard regulations, bareboat charters cannot include captain’s rate, gratuity, or fuel cost in the charter payment. These must be paid directly to the captain by the charterer prior to departure (via cash or e-payment).
All vessels are fully insured, permitted, and meet or exceed U.S. Coast Guard
safety requirements.
