When will my order be shipped?:

Once you place an order, our production time is 4-8 business days. Please note that the production time does not include shipping time. Production time does not include holidays. Our observed holidays are : New Years eve, New Years Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas eve and Christmas Day.

Cancelling an order:

Cancellations or changes to order have to be made within 24 hours of ordering. Once order is place we work to get into production asap so that it arrives to you in time. After 24 hours orders will not be eligible for cancellation.

Product Care

       We recommend to rinse all clothing prior to first use. 

  • Bags: Spot clean
  • Swimsuits: Handwash cold. Dry flat. Do not iron over design.
  • *Hot pink swimsuits special care instructions: please note due to the bright color, swimsuit can bleed when wet. To care for hot pink swimsuit: Hand wash prior to first use and dry flat. Take caution with other clothing or towels as to not stain with hot pink swimsuit. Do not put swimsuit in dryer, dry flat.  
  • Shirts: Machine wash cold, hang dry. Do not use fabric softener.
  • Drinkware: Hand wash only
  • Pajamas, Robes: Rinse and hang dry. Steam to remove wrinkles.

Return Policy

Due to the print-on-demand nature of our business and most of our items being customized items, only a few items are available for return.

Clothing items are not eligible for returns: Swimsuits, T-shirts, robes, pajamas etc.

Personalized items such as items with names, mongram etc. are not eligible for return, unless a mistake was made on our part such as a spelling error etc.

Where is my package?

A tracking number will be provided to your email address on file once your package has been officially shipped. Please note the time it takes for the package to arrive will vary based off of your location, the shipping method selected at checkout, and the post office.

I put the incorrect address, Can I change it?

Customer orders officially start "processing" immediately after that order is placed. Any order changes, cancellations, etc. cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us ASAP at infor@bachbride.com. Note that we are not liable for carrier delays on non-guaranteed service classes.


My package is delayed, what can I do?

Please contact UPS (1-800-742-5877) or USPS (1-800-275-8777) for more information or to submit an investigation.

My package shows delivered but I didn't get it

First check with your neighbors or see if there is anywhere else the carrier could have left it. If still not found, please contact UPS (1-800-742-5877) or USPS (1-800-275-8777) for more information or to submit an investigation. Refunds are not issued when proof of delivery is provided.

My package is Lost.

Up to $100 insurance is included in with your order, we can submit a claim with your carrier to replace or refund your order up to $100. Just contact us with your order details and we can help!
